Flow Cytometry Workshop

Introduction

Flow cytometry is a powerful analytical technique used to measure physical and chemical characteristics of cells or particles as they flow in a fluid stream through a laser beam.

Course Outline

- Principles of Flow Cytometry & Its Application
- Overview of instrument and Set Up
- Quality Control & Experimental Designing
- Cell Cycle Analysis
- Apoptosis Analysis
- Data Analysis & Presentation .

Application

Flow cytometry is a powerful tool to analyse multiple parameters on an individual cell basis. Flow cytometer detects and identifies cell types, cell counting, apoptosis assay, biomarkers and immune response,

Information

How does Flow Cytometry training help your career?

Flow cytometry skills are in demand across immunology, oncology, and cell biology research. This workshop gives you the practical grounding needed for research assistant and lab technician roles that involve multiparameter cell analysis.

Which instruments will I use during the Flow Cytometry workshop?

You'll operate a flow cytometer directly, covering instrument set-up, quality control, and experimental design for cell cycle and apoptosis analysis, along with data analysis and presentation.

What is the duration of the training and the fee structure?

Duration: 80 Hrs or Up to 45 Days

Service Charges: We charge fee to cover the expenses of chemical and reagents that is  INR 5,000 /- (Indian Nationals) & $100 (Foreign Nationals)

Note: The program utilizes advanced instrumentation, specialized chromatographic resins, and high-grade analytical reagents. Because the fee directly covers these extensive consumable costs and dedicated instrument, the fee structure is fixed and non-negotiable.

Who is eligible to attend this training program?
  • The program is designed for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral candidates (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.D.) in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biochemical Engineering, as well as early-career industry professionals, QA/QC analysts, and academic faculty looking to upskill in bioprocessing
